Schweigert Construction is a family owned business. Its founder, Zach Schweigert, has been in the real estate/construction business for the past 11 years. Zach has lived in Pensacola, FL his entire life and has become an expert on residential real estate. He is a state of Florida certified building contractor. He also has an active real estate and mortgage broker’s license.

With experience working on all sides of real estate transactions Zach Schweigert has learned the ins and outs of the entire home buying and building process. Zach has financed over 100 million dollars of residential mortgages as a lender. Most of these deals were for other builders on new construction homes. Zach uses his real estate license to stay current on the market and find smart buys for his clients. Then, with his construction company he is able to remodel or build from new their vision of the perfect home.

Zach prides himself on the fact that his clients have equity in their new homes from the minute they close on the property. He does this by guiding his clients through the entire purchase and helping them to become the most knowledgeable buyer(s) possible. Zach says, “I don’t just build homes. I build equity.”
